Is it just us, or are people starting to walk with a spring in their step? We think it’s due to those very first signs of spring – glimpses of blue skies, lighter evenings, and daffodils and crocuses beginning to appear.
So despite the temperatures remaining a little chilly, here at Brabantia we think it’s time to bring some of those warming hues into the home with a touch of springtime colour.
Pantone’s Colour of the Year for 2013, Emerald Green, is a perfect starting point for a spring makeover. This striking and energising green hue is perfect for any space, particularly as we start to see a move from textures to bold patterns and vibrant colours.
Our tips are to feature Emerald Green on walls (paint or abstract art perhaps) or to repaint and revitalise old pieces of furniture creating new, on trend pieces. Or why not introduce a vibrant splash of colour to your kitchen with our Emerald Green Colour Your Bin (RAL 6001)?
We’re also excited by the extraordinary possibilities of combining Emerald Green with Pantone’s colour of choice last year, Tangerine Tango. It’s so simple to add a touch of either colour in the kitchen with one of our funky Corkscrews.
You can also achieve a fresh seasonal colour palette with our new colour range of Touch Bins, an ideal way to introduce some spring feeling into the home with gentle Pansy Purple or Radiant Rose colour palettes.
